Yoga is a wonderful practice that allows you to explore what it means to be human.
Through developing breath awareness, integrated with mindful movement, you will learn to quieten the internal chatter of the mind and explore being in the body without judgement. The practice of yoga creates a space for us to feel, explore and connect with the true essence of our being.
Regardless of age, size, gender, flexibility or fitness level, yoga truly is for everybody. Don't worry if you can't touch your toes or if you're not a size 6.
As a means of self-enquiry, yoga allows us to work-in rather than work-out. It teaches us to let go of self-judgment, to soften in and to live fully in the present moment so that we can come back 'home'.
