Finding Freedom Through Yoga

Yoga is a wonderful practice that allows you to explore what it means to be human.

Through developing breath awareness, integrated with mindful movement, you will learn to quieten the internal chatter of the mind and explore being in the body without judgement. The practice of yoga creates a space for us to feel, explore and connect with the true essence of our being.  

Regardless of age, size, gender, flexibility or fitness level, yoga truly is for everybody. Don't worry if you can't touch your toes or if you're not a size 6. 

As a means of self-enquiry, yoga allows us to work-in rather than work-out. It teaches us to let go of self-judgment, to soften in and to live fully in the present moment so that we can come back 'home'.

All you need is a willingness to learn, explore and have fun! 

Come to yoga to find your truth, know your worth and be free. Give yourself this gift and it will truly enrich your life.

Before starting yoga I didn’t think I would be flexible enough but Tawny lets you develop at your own pace without judgment, but with positive, encouraging guidance. She is an excellent and inspiring teacher! If I could attend one of Tawny’s yoga classes every day of the week, I would.  Not just for the physical benefits... Yoga enables me to put the day to rest and gives me the time to think about and appreciate everything going on in my life.  It’s so much more than exercise of the body, it brings me back to the now.

As a new mum I was nervous about returning to yoga, unsure of what my body could do and also anxious about leaving my baby. Tawny’s classes have really built my confidence. They are a chance to reflect and celebrate what my body has done whilst also improving my practice in an accepting and welcoming environment.
