Yoga Class:

Yoga is a wonderful practice that teaches us to let go of self-judgement, to soften in and live fully in the present moment.

Through developing breath awareness, integrated with mindful movement, you will learn to quieten the mind and explore being in the body without judgement.

These sessions will be geared towards unwinding from a busy working day.

Open to all abilities and levels of experience.
