Workshops

Workshops are a great way to go deeper into your yoga practice by developing greater awareness with the mind-body connection, exploring different aspects of yoga like pranayama (breath work) and meditation as well as focusing on specific postures to better align your practice. 

Each workshop has a fun, explorative approach where you can ask questions and try something new.

The Art of Awareness

Cultivating presence and awareness allows us to integrate our perceived separation of mind and body, head and heart. Put simply, awareness is the opening to and welcoming in of the whole of the present moment without conditions and thus coming into alignment with our true essence nature.

In this workshop you will explore gentle asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work) and meditation to expand our field of perception and learn to rest in the awareness of awareness itself.
